How to Withdraw Funds?
Withdrawing funds from your trading account is an effortless process. You can request to withdraw funds from your account by submitting an online form through the Client Portal area. We will endeavour to process your withdrawal request within 24 business hours. Please check our comparison page for withdrawal methods offered under different IGCTrades entities.
Funds withdrawal is only available to clients who have uploaded their identification documents and had their trading account approved. To protect against fraud we may require additional information and/or proof of identity to be submitted before processing a withdrawal request. If it is your first time making a withdrawal please ensure that you upload your identification documents (clearly showing your full name, address and date of birth) for authentication to avoid delays. Please also note that all initial withdrawal requests must be verified for safety and security reasons – you can do this by submitting a bank statement to us showing account holder information and details.
